Good news on the 2A front. Many things have been happening and they’ve been good for law-abiding gun owners. Let’s look at two very recent events.
THE ATF’S PISTOL BRACE RULING
There are now 3 injunctions against the pistol brace rule. These injunctions allow members of the groups filing the lawsuit to continue to own and use pistol braces. The groups and information are as follows.

Now I do expect the Biden administration and DOJ to file appeals and that these will all end up in the laps of the Supreme Court. If the court holds true to what it did with the Chevron deference rule and said that as a regulatory body, the EPA did not have the authority to make law, they must also state that as a regulatory body, the ATF also has no such authority.
